There should be plenty of funds for clean up since they raised the cost of the senior pass from $10 to $80 five years ago. $70 x a million seniors should yield plenty dough for some workers and brooms. //@Anonymous: Go to the park the days after the free days and volunteer to help clean up the litter all these people will leave there.
