Buyer beware, garden soil can be absolutely anything, there are no standards. To not be confused with topsoil, potting soil, potting mix and the likes.

It is mostly wood chips, but think it this way - it is very lightweight and easy to carry because it essentially contains no soil although it is called “soil” -:) //@anonymous: Is it still 90% wood chips?
