Sorry you have to go through that. //@Anonymous: Bought a more expensive phone here a few months ago off of what would have been a great deal had they not sent a used, password-protected phone that their customer service refused to help with. Now considering Small Claims Court to recoup my money. Turns out this company has been acquired by Verizon, which explains a lot... Dealsea fans need to be extra-cautious in buying these "deals" off of Tracfone's own eBay store...
