Just some thoughts (I should say, I only have a 15MP camera, so filesizes are maybe not what they'd be for a bigger sensor):
I last grabbed a 32GB compact flash (this same brand). It's been great and it holds a butt-tonne of images, even in RAW.
A colleague/photog mentor shared a comment that made some sense: if you're on a trip somewhere, and you're shooting EVERYTHING on one memory card, and you lose that one memory card, it's a big pain. Possibly better to use smaller capacity cards and spread your work across them just in case..
Of course, there's the argument where, if you lose one, you may lose all of them you have in the same spot/storage. Either way, just consider your options.
