Yes. It will not even work with T-Mobile. Just make sure you do not have auto pay. Activate, use it for couple of days, leave it in the draw. After 180 days it was unlocked. Two phones worked that way for me. Donno if they will change the policy sometime. If you are ok losing 40$ worth a try. //@anonymous: Is the phone locked?
