The 1st one-time license is for one computer (can be multiple users/accounts in that same computer device). The 4th bind MS accounts lifetime is for one Microsoft account (one user/account), but can be used for different computers with same Microsoft user/account. //@Anonymous: What are the major differences btw 1st one & last?
