Just wait it out until Uber's patience goes out and promotion will come back again. //@Anonymous: I feel once I redeem gift cards. Uber stopped to send me good discount coupons. Is that just a coincidence?

It is more likely your email account, or email was compromised. Purchasing, then redeeming GC from Costco has never been an issue, and if someone from Costco stole it, they are sending themselves to jail rather quickly and easily. All transactions are automatic, and through servers, how many Costco employees can have access? How are they going to redeem it after getting the code? Or they have to sell it or give it to friends and family, leaving a clear and detailed trail behind. //@Anonymous: The Costco GC department is corrupted. Don't buy E-GC or anything from there; someone will steal your card information within a week of you buying it.

Just redeem the GC into your UberEats account as soon as you get it. Nobody can redeem it again after that. //@anonymous: The Costco GC department is corrupted. Don't buy E-GC or anything from there; someone will steal your card information within a week of you buying it.
