I am Bose user, I do enjoy the quality of their products. //@Anonymous: A lot of complaints of how easy it can break. 1000XM4 might have better quality. Is Bose having better quality?

Sony WH-1000XM is notorious for bridge/hinge swivel crack. Sony repairs it at $100 after 1 year warranty.
