The 1st one-time license is for one computer (can be multiple users/accounts in that same computer device). It's no longer the superb antivirus software it once was when Peter Norton owned it. I got a virus on a Windows 10 computer and not only did it let the virus in, but it cannot remove it. The virus made the computer useless so I had to replace the computer.

It is different kind of activation process. You will need to download the software image provided by the woot page, install from there, then apply the key. My experience (and if I remember correctly is, each copy you purchase allows unlimited federal tax returns to be completed but only 5 different federal e-files and even though it has the state program (as long as its purchased on the same purchase) you can create many of the state (1 state that you purchase) returns (only 1 state per purchase) but there is an additional charge for the state e-files
so 5 federal e-files with purchase
0 free state e-files (additional cost required per ea state e-filed) And also additional software purchase cost if multi-pal states

Yes, all Disc/Download TurboTax products can handle investment info, though TurboTax suggests having a Premier version to handle investment transactions.

I did that last year. Purchased via MS website. Then purchased another MS365 Family via Amazon. When activating, had to log into the MS account I used originally. It showed two for a little bit, but they merged and it extended the subscription. Can't guarantee this will, but it should and you can always contact customer support if not. Only downfall, is the subscription will then be managed via Amazon, rather than MS Office.
