I got soured on HR Block last year when a buggy state program update caused me to have to refile/amend my state return. Definitely cheaper than TT, but I may be going back to it anyhow. It was more than a $20 headache last year.

Agreed. Would pay more to avoid the pain.
Turbo took me 15mins to complete federal and state tax return. need to take product code sent to you by staples then enter into everification site, along with a educational e-mail address. They will then send you the download link and the serial numbers. 2 download links, 3.5 GB- premiere elements, 3.4 GB- photoshop elements. pretty quick process.
