Amazon now has bad return service. I bought a laptop from amazon and it had huge noise. I returned it but seller didn't refund me. It took me half year and numerous calls and emails to get my money back. Amazon didn't help me during this painful process.

i7 is about 60% faster and cost $100+ more.
8GB of RAM cost $20 more (and you definitely want to add)
3060 is about 30% faster and usually costs $60 more.

My co-worker was annoyed that his Studio display doesn't have any kind of multi input source support. He basically has to unplug one computer and plug in another. That would be a deal breaker for me. I switch my Dell between a desktop and laptop regularly.

While there is a cost aspect of it, there are not that many monitors comparable in quality to this at this price. Dell U4021QW ultrasharp is closest at a $300 cheaper ticket but its nowhere close to this quality on color gamut or brightness not to mention the lack of camera or speakers. The closest is the LG 5K ultrafine but it is of the same price as of today $1299 and its speakers are not upto sample - I have this monitor as well and I know. I am not trying to sell this monitor but slinging mud should be based on facts IMHO.

It's crazy small for the price, but when you're a professional photographer (on the smaller side) and try editing on an Asus ProArt monitor, the Apple Studio Display is simply the best at color representation. Get an Apple Card and pay monthly using the EDU site for the discount.

Dude! Have you ever read anything on a 27" FHD monitor? Or compare how fonts look like between 27" FHD and 27" FHD. While it doesn't make much difference for 24" between FHD and QHD because you dont really need QHD on 24", but that extra 3" space make a huge difference. Fonts should be solid and black on 27" QHD but will appear lighter and fading on 27" FHD. I don't get it, why people rant when they dont know jack?? //@anonymous: Yup. Guys, there is a reason why FHD 27" are so cheap compare to FHD 23 or 24". While FHD 23-24" is acceptable but FHD 27" is horrific. Only novice users would buy FHD 27". Please goto Best Buy and bring up Wikipedia on a Web Browser and see the difference between FHD 23/24", FHD 27", and QHD 27". March 23: I was able to go straight through Walmart AND Target, check out, and was able to place the order. I didn't click the place order button because I don't need two, but just saying that this is a great indicator that finally, after 2 years, Series X is seeing the light of the day. PS5 on the other hand, seems to still struggle with availability.
