I personally think apple tags are useless for all practical purposes. It is at best works if it is in the same room as your phone. You move to a different location with as minimum as with 2-3 walls it does not work. To those people who think AirTags only work when they are connected to "your" iPhone, that is not the case. AirTags connect to any phone nearby and you can find your stuff from anywhere far using your Find My app.

Good point. Honestly, I always just get the highest priced Apple products available. Otherwise I'm sure I would just end up worrying that someone else has a better, higher-end one than I got.
